Does Vendora process SMS and USSD on my phone?
Vendora uses Android capabilities for SMS intake and USSD automation. You control Android permissions and can change or revoke them in your device settings. Local app records may be kept on the device to support your workflow.
What information is stored online?
Account authentication and merchant or service records used by Vendora may be stored in Firebase cloud services. The app uses these records to provide account and connected services. See the Privacy Policy for details and contact support to ask about a record request.
How do merchant websites handle credentials?
Connection credentials supplied for an online merchant service are kept in server-only records and are not published on this website. Website service availability and payment processing depend on the connected providers.
Are website renewals included?
No. A merchant website's monthly service and the domain registration renewal are separate. Domain renewal is paid to the registrar that holds your domain.
